The ReefUP keeps your reef UP! even if you lose power!

As reef keepers, we all know the dangers of losing power! Be it due to natural disasters, blackouts, line work, etc. losing power to your reef tank and its equipment can quickly lead to loss of livestock and untold amounts of money and time!

There are sever battery backup solutions available on the market for reef tanks, but many are proprietary, require excessive adapters, or are extremely overpriced.

The ReefUP is different!

The ReefUP is designed to work with any 12v or 24v equipment. Most powerheads, return pumps, skimmers, etc. will use 24v but you can easily check the power supply included with your equipment and it’ll tell you! That’s because the ReefUP uses your equipment’s existing AC to DC power supply to power your equipment as normal… but should the power go out, the ReefUP will instantly, seamlessly, and automatically switch to battery power using ANY 12-36v battery you have installed. It will work with ALL battery types between 12v and 36v, this allows users to size the backup for their systems, easily replace batteries, and upgrade the entire system over time as your needs grow!

The ReefUP also features battery backed up USB ports. This can be used for any USB powered equipment such as small pumps, lights, or even USB air pumps! The USB ports will be protected by the battery system as well, so no need to fear! They can also come in handy as a way to charge a phone or other devices from your battery during a power outage.

The ReefUP is intended to be used on a primary device, such as a return pump, but it can also be used with multiple pumps of the same voltage if the user sizes their input power correctly thanks to the dual power outlets.

Daisy chaining is also an option. Got a big battery and a mix of 12v and 24v systems? Awesome! The ReefUP has a battery passthrough port to allow users to connect multiple ReefUP units, or other systems, using its 5.5mm outlet.

The ReefUP can be installed in less than 30 seconds and provide peace of mind to your aquarium so you never have to worry about power going out again!
